ACNE may be dangerous

     ACNE 
       A skin condition that occurs when hair follicles plug with oil and dead skin cells.
     
 Cause of  Acne :
    The condition involves the buildup of sebum in the pores of the skin. Sebum is an oily substance      made by the sebaceous glands under the skin. When this becomes trapped, it can form pimples on    the surface of the skin. These are small, red, pus-filled spots or zits.

  Which age acne occurs more and why it occur? 
    Mostly in teenage , we can see Acne occurs more.

     Stress
     life style
     Genetics is also cause of acne on your
   

 Types of Acne
  The following are common types of blemish associated with acne:

  whiteheads
  blackheads
  pustules, which are commonly called pimples
  papules
  cysts
  nodules

   


 Each type of acne lesion requires a different treatment. Taking correct measure to pimples can  reduce the scars on skin and dark spot .


  Whiteheads

   Although they may look different, pimples and whiteheads are all a result of clogged pores. To understand what a pimple is, you need to understand the difference between whiteheads and blackheads. If that pore is completely clogged and remains closed at the surface, it's what we call a whitehead. 

 Cure for whiteheads
    Cleansing (with a Clarisonic Brush) , Taking hot water stream in the bowl and make stream take on white heads it opens pores of the skin . now you can remove it easily by just rubbing ,  Avoiding excessive use of cosmetics , Washing skin gently twice daily with mild soap and lukewarm water and
    Avoiding squeezing pimples or excessively touching the skin etc.

            




 Blackheads 
   
     Blackheads form when a clog or plug develops in the opening of hair follicles in your skin. Each follicle contains one hair and a sebaceous gland that produces oil. This oil, called sebum, helps keep your skin soft. Dead skin cells and oils collect in the opening to the skin follicle, producing a bump called a comedo.

 Cure for blackheads
      Toothpaste 
       Yes  toothpaste  very much possible to remove blackheads from nose using toothpaste. Just simply wash your face with warm water, Now apply toothpaste in on nose and let it dry. After that rub it to on nose to remove blackheads. Wash it and you are done
                    
  
      Turmeric
    Mix a small amount of Kasturi turmeric with water or coconut oil to form a paste.Dab the paste onto blemishes and let it soak in for 10 to 15 minutes.Rinse with lukewarm water.


        Egg whites
        Gather an egg, some facial tissue or toilet paper, a small bowl and a clean towel; separate the yolk from the white .Rinse your face and then pat it dry.Apply a thin layer of egg white all over your face and then place a strip of toilet paper or facial tissue over it, pressing it gently onto your face. Allow it to dry.
 next place a second layer of egg white over the tissue. You can dip your fingers in the egg white and then onto the tissue to make it easier. Allow that layer to dry as well.Once the mask has dried, peel the tissue off and then rinse to remove any residue.Pat dry and moisturize with your favorite all-natural moisturizer.

       Sugar
         1 cup white or brown sugar . 4 tbsp jojoba oil (olive, sweet almond and grapeseed oil can be used instead)Aromatic essential oil for fragrance, optional. Mix the oil into the sugar until thoroughly incorporated. Add essential oil for fragrance if desired.Wet your face and massage some of the mixture onto your skin using your fingertips, rubbing in circular motions.
          Rinse with cool water and then moisturize.

  Pustules
         A pustule is a bulging patch of skin that's full of a yellowish fluid called pus. It's basically a big pimple. Several conditions, ranging from something as common as acne to the once-deadly disease smallpox, can cause pustules.

  Cure of pustuels 
   
        Aloe Vera
        Aloe has a long reputation for treating a variety of skin conditions. Applying the healing effects of aloe vera gel or juice to your pustules can help speed up your rate of recovery.

       Ginger
        Use the antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties to your advantage by adding the drink of pure ginger juice to your daily regimen.

         Onion
         Onions offer antibacterial properties that help disinfect skin. Apply the juice from freshly crushed onion to treat affected skin.

         Honey and Cinnamon
         Apply a combination of three tablespoons of honey and one teaspoon of cinnamon powder to the face for an overnight treatment. The best results come when routinely followed for two to three weeks
   
          Orange Peels
           You can create healing paste out of dried orange peels when pounded into a powder and combined with water. Add a small amount of milk to the mix, and then apply to affected skin.

          Tomatoes
           You can regularly apply the pulp of ripe tomatoes on the face for an effective remedy for pustules. Leave on for about one hour.



Papules 
           a small pimple or swelling on the skin, often forming part of a ras

        
  Cure of papules           
          Benzoyl peroxide works by killing bacteria that have multiplied and mixed with skin cells inside the face pores. When you prevent further bacteria production, treating papules and pimples becomes much easier. Not only will there be more room for sebum and dead skin cells to rise to the surface of the skin, redness and inflammation will slowly disappear. Salicylic acid is another common active ingredient used in acne treatment products         

            Used in combination, salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide, calming agents and other proprietary ingredients may significantly reduce the severity of acne breakouts



  Cysts 
              Cysts are usually noncancerous and have a sac-like structure that can contain fluid, pus, or gas. Cysts are common and can occur anywhere on the body. Cysts are often caused by infection, clogging of sebaceous glands, or around earrings .

  Cure of Cysts 
     Cysts will sometimes go away on their own.
            
      A warm, moist cloth on the area might help it drain and heal, but it’ll probably come back. (If it       drains, the stuff that comes out will probably smell bad.)

   Surgical removal may be indicated for very large cysts that result in symptoms due to their large size.




  Nodules
               A nodule is a growth of abnormal tissue. Nodules can develop just below the skin. They can also develop in deeper skin tissues or internal organs. 

 Cure of nodules 
  Talk to your healthcare provider about all of your treatment options. They might recommend one or      more of the following.

 OTC acne products usually don’t work for nodular acne. Widely available OTC ingredients, such as salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide, help shed excess sebum and dead skin cells at the surface only.
